While soldiers watch over ruins, someone else observes the world from the comfort of power. Wars almost never begin in the trenches.

They begin in offices, in interests, in hidden agreements and agendas that rarely touch the dust of the battlefield. Soldiers believe they are defending ideals.

But many times they end up defending interests that are not their own.
War is always presented as a necessity.

But it is rarely questioned who truly benefits from it.

Because behind every war there is a narrative… and behind that narrative are decisions made by people who will never stand on the front line.

Before obeying an order,
before marching into another country,
before turning a city into rubble…
remember to ask yourself who that war truly serves.

Awareness, too, is an act of courage.
