Morfosis™ with address at Madeiras 182, Suite 84, C.P. 44135, Zapopan, Jalisco and telephone (33) 31484433, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use that is given to them and their protection in terms of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and their regulations (“the Law”).
Morfosis™ will collect and process your personal data under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, in accordance with the provisions of the Law and will take all appropriate security measures to protect your information.
a) Clients:
Your personal information will be used to send you our service proposals, provide the services and products you have requested from Morfosis™ and those that we consider may be of interest to you, inform you about changes in them, evaluate the quality of the service we provide, carry out surveys , sending documentation and tax receipts, as well as informing you about new services or products, and/or promotions. The aforementioned purposes are necessary for the existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the relationship you have with Morfosis™.
For the above purposes, we need to obtain the following personal data: identification data, employment data, private data, bank account numbers and other data necessary for the requested service, none of which is considered sensitive data according to the Law.
b) Suppliers or supplier employees:
Your personal information will be used to resolve the suitability to be our supplier, integrate your file as a supplier and to carry out the processes of acquiring products and services. All of the aforementioned purposes are necessary for the existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the relationship you have with Morfosis™. For the above purposes, we need to obtain the following personal data: identification data, work data, credit history, bank account, among others that may be requested from time to time and that will be treated in the same terms of this notice.
c) Employees and prospects:
Your personal information will be used to resolve the suitability to be our employee, the position you are going to occupy and the movements or promotions you may have within the Morfosis™ organization, to have the elements to be able to provide or refer you to the health services that required in case of an accident at work or an illness within the Morfosis™ facilities, in order to comply with employer obligations and, where appropriate, to provide references to future employers. The aforementioned purposes are necessary for the existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the relationship you have with Morfosis™.
For the above purposes, we need to obtain the following personal data: identification data, work, bank accounts, academics, family and health. Regarding the latter, only those that currently prevent the performance of the functions inherent to the position for which you are applying or for which you were hired, as the case may be.
We inform you that your personal data may be transferred and processed inside and outside the country by people other than Morfosis™. Morfosis™ will take the necessary measures so that the third parties to whom, where appropriate, personal data is transferred, assume the necessary obligations in accordance with the Law for the protection of personal data. If you do not express your opposition for your personal data to be transferred, it will be understood that you have given your consent for it.
You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose their treatment or revoke the consent that you have given us for this purpose, through the procedures that we have implemented.
